Due to increased operational and maintenance costs which are being seen by everyone, the Annual Dues for the 2024 fiscal year will be increased to $250.00 per year by removing the $25.00 discount which has been in place for several years. The $250.00 annual dues were approved during a special meeting in 2008. This increase will continue
Due to increased operational and maintenance costs which are being seen by everyone, the Annual Dues for the 2024 fiscal year will be increased to $250.00 per year by removing the $25.00 discount which has been in place for several years. The $250.00 annual dues were approved during a special meeting in 2008. This increase will continue to allow the HOA to maintain a cash reserve and to be able to respond to emergencies such as storm cleanup and upcoming planned repairs to the common areas which includes our private roads, paths, road and path signage, mailbox stands, and storm water systems.
