Due to increased operational and maintenance costs which are being seen by everyone, the Annual Dues for the 2025 fiscal year will be increased 5% to $262.50.
This increase will continue to allow the HOA to maintain a cash reserve and to be able to respond to emergencies such as storm cleanup and hazard tree removals, as well as addres
Due to increased operational and maintenance costs which are being seen by everyone, the Annual Dues for the 2025 fiscal year will be increased 5% to $262.50.
This increase will continue to allow the HOA to maintain a cash reserve and to be able to respond to emergencies such as storm cleanup and hazard tree removals, as well as address upcoming planned repairs to the common areas which includes our private roads, paths, road and path signage, mailbox stands, and storm water systems.
