Our 2025 Annual Meeting has been completed.
HOA Board of Directors
HOA board members are elected to a two year term by HOA members in attendance in person or by proxy at the annual HOA general membership meeting. You may email the entire board with any questions or concerns at Board@somersethills3.org.
The Somerset Hills 3 HOA board is comprised of up to five (5) property owners who conduct their work with the board on an entirely volunteer basis. For emergencies you may utilize the additional contact information provided.

HOA Duties
If you are new to our neighborhood, the board serves on a volunteer basis to provide the following:
- Management of HOA assets
- Review Architectural Forms
- Trail maintenance and signage
- Street and sidewalk cleaning, routine grounds maintenance
- Tree hazards and other safety issues (common areas)
- Nuisance complaints (noise, pet waste, parking, dead wildlife)
- Creek erosion management
- Maintain the website and communications with members.
