Please note that the 2025 HOA dues are $262.50 per year.
We will be postponing the annual meeting in an effort to maximize participation and coordinate with those interested in serving on the HOA board of directors for the next year or two. If you are a homeowner, interested in being a board member, please reply to this email and we will include you with the annual meeting date and time planning.
Board member duties and time commitment varies by each role such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary. The board is required to have at least three (3) but no more than (5) directors.
The official annual meeting announcement and agenda will be sent through US Mail with your 2025 dues statement.

HOA board members are elected to a two year term by HOA members in attendance in person or by proxy at the annual HOA general membership meeting. You may email the entire board with any questions or concerns at Board@somersethills3.org.
The Somerset Hills 3 HOA board is comprised of five (5) property owners who conduct their work with the board on an entirely volunteer basis. For emergencies you may utilize the additional contact information provided.
