Annual Association Dues

Annual Association dues are now $250.  

This increase is the result of the removal of a $25 discount that had been applied to all Members at the Board's discretion and which was discussed at the 2023 Annual HOA Meeting.  

Annual Association dues are used to promote the safety, health, welfare, and recreation of the residents and to improve and maintain the Association’s Common Areas and private streets.  

Invoices will be mailed out annually and can be paid via check or PayPal.   If paying with PayPal, be sure to enter the address of the property in Somerset Hills III HOA and enter the correct amount of the payment.  This will ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account.
