Annual Association Dues

Annual Association dues for 2025 are $262.50.  

Annual Association dues are used to promote the safety, health, welfare, and recreation of the residents and to improve and maintain the Association’s Common Areas and private streets.  

Invoices will be mailed out annually and can be paid via check or PayPal.   If paying with PayPal, be sure to enter the address of the property in Somerset Hills III HOA and enter the correct amount of the payment.  This will ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account.
